New Features

1. Support Apartment WiFi mode. APs' SSIDs and passwords can be set differently in batch.

2. Support enabling/disabling wireless configuration. After disabling, the wireless configuration is not delivered to devices (Cloud only monitors device status).

3. Optimize Web CLI. Support kicking off clients and adding clients to the blacklist.
